Procount Tablet Counter/Filler — Slat Counter

Designed for use with seventy-two (72) slats. This counter can be used either with all active slats or with one to two blanks separating the count pat-terns. Use of blanks is determined by type of prod-uct, or counts desired. Procount 72-42The counter will operate with either a pneumatic bottle indexing system, or a feedscrew, depending upon size of the counter and/or speed require-ments. The Revolutionary design reduces cleaning and changeover time to less than 30 minutes. Slats are driven by a Servo motor for precise slat move-ment and exact slat positioning. Exterior pneumatic vibrator to help insure each slat pocket is filled with one product. |
Optional Timing Screw Drive For accurate place-ment of containers under the filling chutes. The timing screw is driven by a Servo motor to insure proper placement of containers under the filling chute. The Exclusive Accusure Verification system is the perfect marriage of slat counter speed with electronic counter verification that each bottle has the correct count.
